CTP DEVELOPER

1. Components

• Developer: White lid (used directly in the development slot).

• Replenisher: Red lid (added gradually).

2. Usage Ratio & Initial Setup

• Ratio: Developer : Replenisher = 1 : 4.

• Development Slot Volume: ~38 liters.

• Initial Setup Steps:

  1. Add 2 drums of Developer directly.

  2. Gradually add 8 drums of Replenisher (do not add all at once).

• Replacement Cycle: Every 7–10 days, then begin cycling.

3. Using Replenisher Only (Dilution Required)

• Dilution Ratio: 1 drum Replenisher + 2 liters water (matches Developer concentration).

• Follow the same steps as above after dilution.

4. Development Parameters

• Temperature: 22°C – 24°C.

• Time: 25 ± 5 seconds.

5. Recommended Supplement Rates

• Dynamic: 80–100 ml/m².

• Static: 80 ml/h.

• Sleep Mode: 80 ml/h.

Usage: Pour directly into the developer tank.
